This week's education is a little different. Instead of teaching on a specific topic, I wanted to teach a way to conquer those sweet cravings.


I know that SNACKING is a must. I want to share a few healthy snack recipes and encourage you to add these, or a variation of these, to your healthy snack roster. I am a firm believer that proper planning and preparation can keep you on track with eating right, especially when you are on the go.


Remember, dairy free versions replace eggs with either banana, apple sauce, or chia/flax seeds to name a few.
