ABOUT OUR PROGRAM

 

We offer an evening fitness program one day a week at each of our THREE locations.

WHY WORKOUT IN THE EVENING?

 

1. You won't feel so rushed to make an appointment or get to work (unless you work overnight)

2. You are more likely to find a motivating workout buddy who is also free.

3. You will cub your cravings to snack before bed when you workout after dinner.

4. You will clear your mind and get a more restless night of sleep.

WHAT TO EXPECT

 

Our fitness classes will give you a thorough warm up, full body workout, and cool down within 55 minutes. We will address overall fitness while also targeting our most common problem areas as females. We rotate between high intensity/low resistance and low intensity/high resistance workouts. All fitness levels are welcome so you can take comfort in being able to push yourself at your own pace. Each class will be different from the class before, so everyone can definitely expect a new exciting experience every single day!

 

WHAT TO BRING

 

Our fitness classes are best experienced in comfortable clothes that you can move in, as well as running or workout shoes. We encourage all participants to wear layers as temperatures change drastically during the early morning hours, and we may or may not utilize the outdoors as part of our workout. We also highly encourage water bottles, towels, mats, and gloves which all can be used at your discretion.

WORKOUT AFTER WORK MEMBERS - $8.00 (Ladies enrolled in Wake Up and Workout)
