BALANCE AND STRETCH
Please complete today's exercise as early in the day as possible. It is sometimes easier to get sidetracked, distracted, or pulled away from your schedule in the evenings.
You can adjust this video to full size when viewed on a laptop or desktop, or from the website/internet version on your cell phone. You can also cast your phone screen to your smart TV screen!
If you can allow your air conditioner to take a 30 minute break, or wear sweatpants and sweatshirts, during this exercise, your muscles will be warmer and stretch deeper. You will also be able to sweat out more toxins through the pores in your skin!
