Service Description

This is your first official coaching call that will be personalized to your situation. Your coach will walk you through everything you need to do and know in order to start Fit and Fabulous in Four Months. You will discuss your nutrition and lifestyle habits, as well as the changes that need to be made for your 10 Day Reset. You will also receive a tour of the website and program modules.
